Rescued by Harenval in her early childhood, after goblins murdered her entire family.
Adopted by House Azaer and raised in the family manor in Cairnhold.
Learned about the Dark Pact from the warlock Zeirien Azaer (her adoptive "uncle").

Mourning Frost

Bursting forth from sable glade,
Icing sun and chill's nigh fade:
Broken child by goblin blade.

Wander lost, seeking in vain;
Hopes washed as tears in rain,
Orphan storm of rage and pain.
